Precautions for use:
Belt conveyor discharging car is an independent part of belt conveyor, mainly used in places where they have discharging requirements for belt conveyor. It has similar usage to discharging devices, and is capable of discharging at multiple points and different points. It’s convenient but relatively costly, applicable for large belt conveyor.

• Notch sealing devices can be installed into trough for heavy dust materials.

• If the discharging car is newly installed into the belt conveyor, the middle rack and leg should be reinforced to ensure strength and stiffness in operation.

• The belt speed should be controlled below 2.5m/s to ensure stable functioning of the discharging car.

Operating instructions and maintenance:
1. Specially-assigned person is put in charge of operating and maintenance.
2. Stay cautious and make sure that no one is around before starting up.
3. Check out the equipment after shutting down and eliminate any unfavorable factors that influence the proper functioning and machine life, including dusts and stones on the machine and around the guiding rail.
4. Regularly check out the links between different parts, put lubricating grease on bearings and lubricate drive chains regularly.
