Brief introduction to rollgang：
Rollgang is used to transport work piece from BS plate chain conveyor, complete delivery, labeling, packaging and other technological operations. Glide wheel conveyor roller uses metal roller and rubber-covered roller to convey materials. It’s divided into un-powered and powered. Mobile conveyor roller includes chain drive(single chian drive, series chain drive), belt drive(flat belt drive, V-type belt drive), O-type belt drive, chain drive and so on. The 90°to 180°curved roller is available according to user needs. Different types of rollgang can be used according to process arrangements; and all kinds of supplementary mechanisms are adopted to complete delivery, stockpile, overturning, migration, bifurcation, converging, steering, hoisting and so on. Equipped with PC process control system and CPU management system, a comprehensive automatic conveying and sorting system is available. The system is equipped with transfer machine, C/Z type elevating conveyor, rotating platform, state machine, translational car, ball bearing platform, vacuum sucker manipulator and stopping device. The products is featured with large loading capability, strong impact resistance, stable operation, and low noise. Power rollgang can adjust its speed flexibly according to user needs, and is suitable for a variety of household appliance, diesel, engine, tyre, heavy-duty raceway line and steel production line.
