Cylindrical Mixer

Cylindrical mixer, divided into blending and rerolling, is the main equipment in sintering equipment, providing evenly mixed sintering materials with certain moisture and granular size for sintering line. Major factors like mixing homogeneity, granular size, humidity can directly affect the quality of sinters. Cylindrical mixer has reliable operation and high productivity, consisting of cylinder, transmission, stopping wheel device, spraying pipe, protection cover, lubricating system and some other parts. Compound materials conveyed by belt rotate with cylinder to a certain height and then fall down, moving spirally forward while continuously blending and pelletizing.
1. Usage of cylindrical mixer: cylindrical mixer is one of the important equipment of sintering and pellet systems. It can be used in raw material blending, pelletizing, coal rolling and many other fields, satisfying the needs of materials in sintering.
2. Structure and characteristics of cylindrical mixer: there are mainly two driving devices: gear diver and rubber roller drive. Gear ring drive is featured by long drive torque, long service life and noise; rubber roller drive can use both solid and air-filled pneumatic tyre, and is characteristic of stable transmission, low noise, large wear rubber and more frequent changes. According to customers’ needs, the drive device of rubber roller drive can be put in the middle or at two ends, and all equipment has left and right transmission installations.
