Weighting Hopper

Usage of Weighting Hopper: It’s used in weighing bulk alkali fiber and measuring before the yellowing phenomenon in the viscose production process.
Structural features of Weighting Hopper: It consists of hopper, screw silo, weighing sensor, feeding device, discharging device and so on.
Hopper: It has quadruple rims, with section steel welding at the surface and stainless steel plate inside.
Screw silo: It consists of frame, multiple helix and several driving (motor reducer direct connection), linking the upper flange with the flange at the bottom of the silo and transporting the materials evenly through the rotating helix.
Under-frame of Weighting Hopper: It’s welded by section steel to support the equipment and materials. Weighing sensor is installed between the upper end and screw silo to weigh.
Feeding device of Weighting Hopper: It’s used to feed the hopper. There are several methods: belt conveyor, cyclone separator and pneumatic hopper; specific methods are determined by certain technical procedures.
Discharging device of Weighting Hopper: Many materials conveyed by several helix are discharged into discharging devices, and then transported to the equipment of next procedure. Discharging device is usually belt conveyor or screw conveyor and specific methods are determined by certain technical procedures.
