Belt-type Sintering Machine

Sintering machine, one of the raw materials supply equipment for blast furnace, plays an important role. Sintering pallet is primarily responsible for loading, ignition and sintering on the track, as well as discharging sinters at the end. Belt type sintering machine, as the main equipment in sintering process, mainly composes of car, roller, rear wheel, tail orbit, balancing weight and rack truck when its tail carries out pulling mechanism.
Belt type sintering machine can be classified into Lurgi type, Mackey type and Kompas type, according to different structures.
Belt-type sintering machine consists of the following parts: car, head wheel device, tail wheel device, rack, head orbit, central orbit, tail orbit, roller conveyor-screen, igniter, flexible drive, suction device, head and tail sealing device, tail gear, large flue, and discharging devices. The principal axis of the head wheel device is driven by flexible drive; head curve is assembled with up-down level tracks and then fixed at the rack. The tail curve and tail wheel are fixed at the flexible rack at the end and can thus move with the rack, compensating for the changes of center distances of sintering machine caused by heat expansion. Tail wheel curve and the up-down level tracks staggered together, ensuring that the car has access to  continuous support and that rack can move at a regular level.
