Bucket Elevator

NE type bucket elevator is flat link chain, gravity-induced and unloading elevating equipment. Bucket elevator is suitable for vertically transporting powdery, grainy and nubby material, such as raw material, cement, coal, limestone, dry clay, clinker and so on.

Characteristics of bucket elevator:
1. The flat link chain, adopted by bucket elevator, has high shearing strengths, fatigue resistance and wearing quality, with low operational failure rate and long service span.
2. Bucket elevator uses low chain speed at 0.5m/s.
3. Bucket elevator adopts large-capacity material hopper and small pitch of buckets, and it has low-drive power and large conveying capacity, especially suitable for elevating crushed clinker limestone and cement（≥NE50）.
