（Ring）Cooling Machine

The cooling principle of (ring) cooling machine’s chiller system is operated by three correlative systems: refrigeration cycling system, water cycling system and electrical automatic system. Compressor is the core part of the whole refrigerating system, and the driving force of refrigerant compression. It can transfer the input electricity into mechanical energy, and compress refrigerant. It’s the configure device for the rotary kiln system, with simple structure and stable function. The waste gas caused by heat exchanges can be put into the rotary kiln and improve the whole system’s heat efficiency. Also called cylinder cooling machine, it can be used in compound fertilizer production by putting fertilizer which cools for a certain time with drying machine, greatly increase the cooling process, reducing labour intensity and raise production. It can further reduce some moisture and lower the temperature of the compound fertilizer, meanwhile it can be used to cool other powdery and granular materials. Ring type cooling machine has simple and compact structure, high cooling efficiency and reliable performance.
The working principle of ring type cooling machine is to put dried wet materials into hopper by using belt conveyor and bucket elevator, and then to load the feeder through feeding pipe of the feeding hopper. The inclination of feeding pipe should be larger than that of the natural inclination of the materials, facilitating the process of putting materials into cooling machine. The cooler cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly tilted to the horizontal level. The materials are put from the higher end, and heating medium flows from the lower end while forms counter-current contact with materials, and some of heating medium flows into the barrel with materials. As the cylinder rotates, materials, influenced by the gravity, move toward the lower end. During the process of moving forward, wet materials get heating, directly or indirectly, from the heating medium. It cools the hot materials and then was transported by belt conveyor or screw conveyor to the discharging end. The shoveling plate insider the cylinder is used to stir the materials and increase contact surface, increasing cooling speed and moving the materials forward. The cooling body includes cold air and other materials. After the cooling, cyclone dust collector is needed to collect the materials  carried by heating medium. Bag filler and hydro filter are needed to further reduce the exhaust fumes.
