Aging Machine

Usage of Aging Machine: Aging Machine is an equipment used in viscose production process to achieve oxidative cracking and reduce polymerization degree of alkali fiber which has been pressed and crushed under a certain temperature and humidity.
Structure of Aging Machine: Aging Machine is in the shape of a big rectangular box, and it can be divided into body, box, rotating distributor, screw feeder, major chain plate, chain wheel and other driving parts, and kick-out device.
Body and box: The body is metal force structure, and box is insulation wall panel.
Screw feeder: The direction of screw feeder is cut from the center into left-right dual directions, thus ensuring that materials are evenly distributed on main chain plate, chain wheel and other driving devices.
Chain drive device: Chain drive device is mainly used in carrying alkali fiber; it adopts double chain drive device while operates independently inside the box. The effective working length on the upper layer main chain plate is 28.6m, width is 3.38m, maximum height is 1.2m, while on the lower layer the working length is 30.45m, width is 3.38m, and maximum height 1.0m. The common speed for the chain plate is 14-18cm/min (adjustable), with the maximum speed at 30cm/min. The main chain drive is designed to provide overload protection for torque.
Kick-out device: To discharge materials evenly through blades.
