Usage and characteristics of unloading car:
Unloading car can discharge materials conveyed by TD75 and DTII type belt conveyor into random points in the middle of the conveyor. It can pile up or distribute materials at its maximum coverage. The unloading car has compact structure, long service life and reliable operation. Easy and cheap to maintain, the car is widely used in mine, electricity, metallurgy, coal, port, building materials and other industries.Installation, debugging and operation of unloading car:
 
（一）、Installation
The installation and preliminary debugging of unloading car is completed in plants. When in the field, the car is put at the guiding rail, and then conveyor goes through the car’s roller and supporting roller group, forming driving roller at the head, bend pulley at the end and the rotation of discharging car.
 
（二）、Debugging and Operation
After linking belt conveyor and arranging car cable, debugging follows certain procedures:
(1) It’s necessary to make sure that the reducer is lubricated and there is no obstacles on the way before starting up.
(2) It’s appropriate to inch when starting up for the first time and check out the brake.
(3) Inching is required when the car is operating on the guiding rail for the first time, because it can prevent excessive collisions with potential obstacles, examine the facilitating conditions between guiding rail and road wheel, and the functioning of the car.
(4) After confirming all the above procedures, the car can test whether it can achieve random points on the guiding rail. The test aims to observe the flexibility, reliability, facilitating conditions between guiding rail and road wheel, and the stiffness of conveyor, and then it makes adjustments according to the testing.
(5) The car can be put into use after the above qualified debugging.
