Discharging Car:
Belt conveyor discharging car is an independent part of belt conveyor, mainly used in places where they have discharging requirements for belt conveyor. It has similar usage to discharging devices, and is capable of discharging at multiple points and different points. It’s convenient but relatively costly, applicable for large belt conveyor.
Working mechanism/principle of discharging car:
Discharging cars is connected in series on belt conveyor. Along with the angle of discharging car and according to the stacking angle of different materials, it elevates to a certain height and then discharge from three-way to one single side, both sides or middle part. The direction and flow of materials is controlled by gate valves (or flap valves). The belt changes direction by front and rear rolling plate and moves it towards the front. Discharging car is capable of discharging at multiple points by moving back and forth on the belt conveyor track.


Structural components of discharging car:

• Walking light rail. Walking light rail is set up on the upper end of the conveyor to support the walking steel wheel and driving track.

• Receiving hopper. Materials are transported to the receiving hopper and then distributed to chutes.

• Chute. Like all the other head chutes, discharging car chute includes discharging from two sides and one side.

• Walking driving structure. The walking driving structure is installed into the discharging car to enable free movement. It’s made up of electrical motor reducer.
