Discharging Car:
Belt conveyor discharging car is a kind of discharging devices, capable of discharging at random points on the conveyor and distributing wholly. Equipped with steel rail, it can move flexibly and discharging at either both sides or one side. According to different requirements, it can be divided into three-way(middle part and both sides, but not at the same time), two-way(both sides or middle part and one side) and one-way discharging. Associated equipment is TD75 and DTIIA type discharging car.


Classifications of discharging car:

• Light discharging car is suitable for materials with bulk density below 1600kg/m³. the hopper is installed with two chutes at the end and can only discharge from both sides at the same time(special design is required for one-way and three-way discharging). Appropriate belt width is 500-1400mm.

• Heavy discharging car is suitable for materials with bulk density≧1600kg/m³. Two-way discharging car can only discharge from both sides at the same time, while one-way discharging car is divided into left and right. And belt width is 800-1400mm.
